More About Me

James brings a wealth of experience to the real estate field, having spent 27 years in the manufacturing industry. He began his career crafting concrete products such as pipe, manholes, and catch basins before transitioning to the pulp and paper industry, where he spent 23 years at the historic paper mill in Tacoma—famed for its “Aroma of Tacoma.” When the mill closed, James sought a new direction and turned to real estate, a field he had been informally involved in through supporting his wife, Lisa Christensen, in her successful real estate career.

James’s background in manufacturing and 19 years as a landlord for his own duplexes provide him with a distinctive perspective on the needs and concerns of his clients. His extensive hands-on experience in both fields complements his real estate practice, allowing him to offer valuable insights and dedicated service. Together with Lisa, they form a dynamic team, committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
